The Villa is located at Orange Tree, a community which is situated only minutes from Disney World, Epcot, M.G.M, Universal Studios, Sea World and many other attractions. The community has a tot lot (childrens playground), football pitch, basketball and tennis courts.
The villa is fully maintained by a professional management company who are only a phone call away and with their office located just a few minutes away there is help at hand should you need it.

As for the weather, contrary to some tourism guides, May to October is the wet season and the temperatures are almost never cold. The rain usually falls over short periods and dries up quickly due to the heat.
From November to April is the dry season and the temperatures are cooler, but still a lot higher than in England.
If your holiday occurs between June and November, it may be helpful to watch the weather reports covering Atlantic Ocean hurricanes as Florida's hurricane season occurs during this period, although central Florida does not usually have problems with hurricanes - so enjoy your holiday!!
