VILLA DETAILS
The villa is fully maintained by a professional management company who are only a phone call away and with their office located just a few minutes away there is help at hand should you need it.
For your convenience smoking is permitted outside the house in the patio area, as it not permitted inside - but who wants to be inside in sunny Florida anyway!
There is absolutely no need to worry about children reaching the pool alone as all doors leading to pool are alarmed and there is a safety fence around the pool (as an extra safety feature) which can be removed/replaced easily, whenever required.

The Villa features the following:-
Master bedroom with direct access to the pool area and featuring a Queen size bed with En Suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
Guest bedroom with Queen size bed, closet and En Suite bathroom.
Two further bedrooms with twin beds and closet in each and with a shared bathroom.
Large 14ft x 23ft lounge including a Queen size sleeper sofa and 27" T.V. with a separate 12ft x 10ft Dining Area.
Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, fridge freezer (with ice-maker) and coffee maker.
Laundry facilities including washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board (so there is absolutely no need to iron all those clothes before your holiday).
Private screened, ,heated, illuminated (26ft x 13ft) swimming pool which faces South West, and includes 6 sun loungers and patio furniture.
13ft x 14ft covered lanai (a shaded open area should you wish to sit out of the sun which may be used as a smoking area.)
